Frankfurt Wutzke & Förster Team joins B&P – under the new name Brandhoff Obermüller Partner
Frankfurt am Main, February 29, 2016. Rooted in business – in line with their consulting model of improving the quality of legal advice and counsel through economic and business expertise, the energy law and transaction firm Brandhoff & Partner is taking another major step: On March 1, 2016, Dr. Martin Obermüller and his Frankfurt Team from the insolvency firm Wutzke & Förster are joining the firm. The new firm will be known under the name Brandhoff Obermüller Partner.
With Obermüller, the rapidly expanding firm Brandhoff Obermüller Partner is gaining a well-respected expert in insolvency law. In addition to his work as an insolvency administrator, he also works as an attorney. His practice portfolio is comprised of the representation of creditors in relationship to insolvency administrators and guarantors, as well as providing advice and counsel in all areas associated with the verification, review and defense of liability claims against managing directors, other corporate bodies and shareholders. In addition to insolvency law, Obermüller’s main practice areas include providing advice and counsel on restructuring matters and banking law. He is also the joint-author of the 9th Edition of the Standard Reference Obermüller “Insolvency Law in Banking Practice”, which will be published this year.
