B&P represents an Irish investor in acquisition of 17 photovoltaic projects in Germany

A financial investor from Ireland has commissioned Brandhoff & Partner to provide both legal and tax advice on the acquisition of a package of 17 photovoltaic projects. The 17 solar power plants are to be realized on the roofs of industrial buildings in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. The scope of our services includes all the legal and tax aspects of the purchase of the photovoltaic plant projects from the legal and tax due diligence to the negotiations of the purchase agreements to the transfer of the project rights.
